- Office finish of less than 25%
- Tenant sizes of 5,000 square feet and above
- Minimum clear heights of 18'
- Concrete tilt-up construction
- Acquisition price of $5 million and above
Land (for distribution use)
- Good visibility and access to highways
- 20+ acres
- Level topography
