  • Office finish of less than 25%
  • Tenant sizes of 5,000 square feet and above
  • Minimum clear heights of 18'
  • Concrete tilt-up construction
  • Acquisition price of $5 million and above

Land (for distribution use)

  • Good visibility and access to highways
  • 20+ acres
  • Level topography
Service Centers
  • Office finish of less than 75%
  • Tenant sizes of 1,000 square feet and above
  • Minimum clear heights of 14'
  • Masonry or concrete tilt-up construction
  • Acquisition price of $5 million and above

Desired Investment Vehicle

  • Acquisition of fee interest
  • Will assume existing mortgages
